The process as a whole went smoothly but the model was t6he wrong one. I am pleased to say that as soon as I contacted the seller he made great efforts to right the problem by sending a replacement part. So although I rated the3 merchandise as only two star i8n the initial rating I gave the seat a five star rating once the replacement part had been supplied.. Altogether a good experience..

This seems an excellent model. The seat is both deep and wide enough for a large rear and comfortable. It surprised me as to how light it is but it seems substantial enough, however only time will tell.The other surprise was the fact that the soft ground weight bearing disk is plastic not metal.
