The Vancouver Heritage Foundation was established in 1992 as a charitable organization by the City of Vancouver to assist in the conservation of Vancouver's built heritage for its public benefit. This model was commissioned through a generous donation by Mr. & Mrs. Jake & Judy Kerr. All proceeds of the sale of the model benefit the programs and fundraising of the Vancouver Heritage Foundation.
