1 ORANGE STUDDED WITH 10 CLOVES
2 ORANGES, SLICED
2 LEMONS SLICED
6 TBSP SUGAR
1 CINNAMON STICK

PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN AND HEAT VERY GENTLY OVER A LOW HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES UNTIL ALL THE FLAVOURS HAVE INFUSED.
