Taking Your Measurements
All garments are sold as separate items therefore there is no problem with mix and matching sizes.
You will need:
A fabric tape measure
A person to measure you
A well fitting shirt the type you will wear with your jacket, pair of trousers (not jeans), jacket, and a pair of shoes.

When taking measurements: Keep the tape measure comfortably snug, but not tight
All measurements should be to the nearest 1/2 of an inch

Jacket Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest keeping the tape measure level, and well under the arms.
You should only just be able to feel the tape measure on your chest.
Stand normally, do not inflate your chest.
Make sure your index finger is able to fit between the tape and your chest.
Jacket Waist
Measure around your stomach at the level of the bottom of your ribcage.
As a guide this measurement will be where you are the widest.
Allow some room for breathing /movement.

Jacket Length
Lift up the collar on your jacket and measure from the collar seam down the centre back seam to the bottom of the jacket following the contours of your body.
If you are unsure of the perfect length it is generally accepted to be where your knuckles are with your arms naturally hanging down.
Sleeve Length
With your arm in line with your body, measure from the top of the sleeve to the cuff.
The sleeve should go to the base of your thumb (located at the wrist joint).
We also recommend that you err on the side of generosity with your sleeve length.
Next
Look at the size label in your favourite jacket for comparison:
How does your recorded chest measurement compare?
What type of fitting is it (regular, short or long)?
Look at our size chart to check which fitting you require in relation to your height.
When you are happy with your measurements please go to our measurement form profile and record your details.
Waistcoat
Take the chest measurement the same as the jacket.
Measure from your shoulder, down the front, and finish just below your trouser waistband.
Trousers
Wear trousers, shirt and shoes

Measure around the waist, just inside where you like to wear the top of your trousers. Make sure the tape is snug and does not ride over the waistband, but you should be able to put your index finger inside the tape.

Wearing trousers (not jeans) and shoes, measure from the lowest part of the crotch of your trousers, keeping the measure taut, down to where you want the bottom of the trousers to end.

Consider the fit you want over the shoe as this will affect the desired length.

Check the size label of an existing pair of trousers for a size comparison.
Breeks
Measure waist as for trousers

For inside leg measurement, measure to just below the knee where you want your Breeks to finish at the bottom of the band.

We will make the allowance for Plus 2’s or Plus 4’s.
