Finding the products you want

• The menu on the left of the screen is like the signage in the department store.
• Select a department from the left hand list and a screen will list the product areas, the stores that produce these type of goods, a review from distinctlybritish.com review and the departments within each store
• Click to bring up the range of goods within that category and the stores selling them.
• Alternatively you can use the search button at the top of the screen to find the item you require.

Buying your purchases

• distinctlybritish.com provides you with a single shopping basket.
• You can add products to your basket by following the simple instructions.
• Clicking on the shopping basket button at the top of the page reveals the items you have selected.
• You can either add or remove items as required.
• Each entry clearly shows the price and post and package costs.
• You will see all the items bought and the itemised price of your basket.
• You can still add additional items or remove them.

Delivery Costs

• The delivery costs of your purchases are calculated based on the purchases you have selected and the country to which they are to be delivered.
• These will be shown clearly as soon as you put a product into your basket – so there are no hidden surprises!
• Don’t forget to enter your delivery country before you shop as not all products are available in every country and you will only see products available in the country selected.
