Order Processing & Security
When you place your order through the Distinctly British site, you will automatically be connected with their secure servers. Your personal details ( name, address etc) your card and order details are authorised by Protx, the bank approved payment processos, direct with your bank. Neither Amberley Products nor Distinctly British see your credit card details.
Once your order has been verified you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Card details have to be given again for each new order.
If you would like to contact us regarding your order. either by phone or e.mail. please quote the Order Reference and Order Date given on your Invoice/Despatch note which arrived with your order.

Cards Accepted
Distinctly British accept most major credit and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

Alternative Payment Method
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland you may decide to pay by cheque or postal order. To do this, post your order to us.

Prices
Prices are quoted in GBP (£). VAT is charged for all orders made in the UK or the European Union. All other orders are free of VAT.

Delivery
Shipping and Delivery Charges will be calculated depending on your order selection and destination and added to your order for your approval.
Depending on availability, our aim is to dispatch your order within 5 working days. If we have sold out of a particular type or colour of basket we will inform you any expected delay.
If this does happen, you will be given the chance to choose an alternative or receive a full refund if you decide to cancel the order.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. If we are unable to deliver within that time we will only proceed with your order with your agreement.

Delivery System
Most UK deliveries will be made by Business Post. Most Worldwide deliveries will be made by FedEx.

Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your Amberley Products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.

Returns & Refunds
To return an order, complete the section in the Invoice/Dispatch Note which arrived with your order, and send the entire package back to us.
All products must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued. We will notify you as soon as either a refund or replacement has been processed.
You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, and  return them to Amberley as above. You are responsible for paying for the return postage - unless the goods were faulty in the first place.
If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, your will be refunded the cost of the goods within 30 days.
This does not effect your statutory rights.

Limited Liability
Amberley Products warrant that our products are of high quality and suitable for their intended purpose.
We do not accept liability for Amberley Products products which are not used in the manner for which they were designed.

Governing Law
These terms and your use of the www.amberleyproducts.co.uk web site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
